Launchpad does not allow unsigned uploads. Problem on your side.

You can just add PPA again. Or add key manually https://keyserver.ubuntu.com/pks/lookup?fingerprint=on&op=index&search=0x22C31DDB9DAE29B3BCE6EC1F1F5EB010C5341279
