Initial interface proposal as specified by @krisboit in #3 with node logic separated from wallet logic.

Things that are not covered:

Wallet generation, the mnemonic generation
encryption/decryption at import/export of wallet
storage: I personally think that storage shouldn't be treated in this library, if we offer encryption/decryption apps that are using this lib can store an encrypted wallet wherever they want

i created a branch on this repo, to be easier to change by anybody. let's continue the discussion on #5
