Discard Addresses - Once discarded the address/account reapers after signout/signin #132

When user discards an address/account, it looks that after a sign out and sign in back the discarded addresses reappears on the dashboard.

NOTE: I have tested with a private key imported account and it works as expected. Therefore the issue applies for Moonlet addresses only
