As a library user that knows about the specific nature of the FileSystem I want to be able to ask the CryptoFileSystemProvider:

[x] if there is an initialized vault structure at a given path (boolean)
[ ] if the vault at that path can be opened with the implemented CryptoFileSystem version (boolean)
[x] to change the password of the vault of a given path (void)

Closing the issue, as we don't currently see any need for further functions.
