Added missing StartupWMClass #4

This prevents an additional icon being opened in the GNOME dock when the application is pinned and it's opened, just as https://github.com/cryptomator/cryptomator-linux/pull/10 did. It also fixes https://github.com/cryptomator/cryptomator/issues/956.

Thanks! It only fixes it for the PPA, though. We will have to see how to do this properly for all ways of distribution.

I fixed the issue in the AppImage too, the only thing left to fix is the AUR, which means this file needs to be edited
