Import regular vaults in Hub #197

Summary

As a user, i want to import my existing, password-based vault to to Hub via the UI.

Motivation

Teams migrating from plain Cryptomator to Cryptomator+Hub want to import there existing vaults without copying data.

Considered Alternatives

This is already possible, by creating a new vault in Hub with the recovery feature. Just use the recovery key of the password based vault in the process, download the template and only replace the vault.cryptomator file. You can, but don't have to, remove masterkey.cryptomator and its backups.

During the writing of the documentation I noticed, that with the recovery it is already fairly simple. Also I don't have an idea for a good user flow for only the import currently, hence this ticket is closed for now.
