Description

Implement bidding functionality for fair sale.
Also adds the token spending approval step before bidding.

A bunch of things have been left to be implemented at a later point. Please refer to the TODOs in the code.

Motivation and Context

Fixes #367.

How Has This Been Tested?

Tested locally. on Rinkeby deployment.
