Updated to aqua js version using aqua sc package

Description

Updating to the newest aqua js version 0.1.4 Since the main and dev versions are currently equal I've gone with the main one to avoid changing when cutting mvp release. On next SC upgrade the package should use dev version of aqua js which consumes dev version of aqua sc
