Dev aqua sc integration #38

Changes

  1. Removed encoders, types and contracts in favor of reexporting them from @dxdao/aqua-sc
  2. Updated default chains to utilize addresses from @dxdao/aqua-sc
  3. Removed dist files from repo
  4. Updated remaining mesa naming to aqua
