This is a bootstrapped version of the Subgraph class for MesaJS.

Features

Accepts any GraphQL endpoint that implementation mesa-subgraph
Supports reading from the following entities
- MesaFactory
- SaleTemplate
- FixedPriceSale
Converts BigDecimal to BigNumber for registered entities
