Description

Fixed tests for FairSale and added FairSaleTemplate tests
Added generated typings to tests
Added isInitialized = true in init fn of FairSaleTemplate
Added few tests to FixedPriceSale to increase test coverage

Motivation and Context

Tests are just awesome, especially when they pass ^^ Closes #345
