UX improvements - Githubissues

Based on following comments work on an updated figma that solves, or try to solve, those issues:

infos about referees network should be displayed differently (it doesnt look like there somewhere I can really find this information so maybe there should be a page for referees)
Nowhere I’m told what expert mode is or appeal address
I don’t know in advance how much exactly I’m going to pay for the appeal (or why I am paying)
I’d like to know, as a user, what vault funds are
