UX request: remove loading screen

Very often (when a tx is sent, when a file is downloaded, etc) there is a large loading screen that occupies the entire page and stops normal surfing of the page.

I propose we make the loading somewhere else smaller and non-blocking.

one way to do it would be to highlight things being processed so that users don't try to repeat the action! We need to iterate some processes to make them smooth (sometimes it's also a backend question @turinglabsorg as @Steve-Rog pointed out)
