Bump internal dependencies (non-breaking changes)
Bump xterm-addon-fit to be compatible with xterm.js v5

Bumps the version to 0.0.6 and provides new bundles.

All dependencies that aren't directly tied to xterm.js have been updated in #9. The update to compatibility with xterm.js v5 is held back by local-echo.
