Why?

To take an analogy from: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wikipedia:Citation_needed this helps to ensure that all content in the Cryptoparty Handbook can tend towards being verifiable, in that anyone may question an un-cited claim by creating a {{citation needed}} label on github issues for the attention of handbook reviewers and the wider community
