To make it easy for the Velas blockchain developers to use our SpaceRandomBeacon interface, this repo needs to be released on npmjs org similar to https://www.npmjs.com/package/@openzeppelin/contracts

[x] Modify Client contract to depend on the released npmjs package.
[x] Modify internal repo to depend on the released npmjs package.
