Show onchain costs on P&L chart #387

Display onchain costs instead of onchain balances on P&L chart. For closing costs timestamps are approximated from block height information.

This would be a great addition/upgrade to LNDg IMO. Onchain balance chart does not seem to have much use, whereas onchain costs are one of the most important aspects that effect overall P&L.
