Let's prevent dns leaks :-D

I'll add this as a server-side push fairly soon. Don't want to do it as a client side directive because if the openvpn loading that config is < 2.3.9 (or 2.3.10?) then it'll cause a fatal error. Doing it as a server-side push just causes a warning for older openvpns.
