Define & Design Metatron+Filecoin Use Cases #41

Metatron is already built around IPFS. We need to add Filecoin functionality. The EDEN Pilot community already has a direct need for Filecoin:

User Story: A genetics lab wants to publish their large library of genetics but doesn't want to be the sole point of failure for the information.

I will move this bounty up to Proposed stage once I define the simple UI and use case we need for the Pilot. I will define a front-end wireframe and a back-end sequence of events with IPFS, Metatron, and Filecoin.
