Describe the bug
When in a parcel, the tab menu won't open, and that's because the client keeps thinking the player is in a neighboring parcel. Players spawn in their parcel and yet the client would think they're in someone else's parcel for a little while before switching back to theirs (judging from the top-right menu). However, often, it doesn't switch and the user is not able to edit his parcel at all.
To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
Go to a owned parcel with neighbors
Check the top-right menu
See the parcel name change several times
Expected behavior
As soon as a user spawn, the parcel detection should be accurate, fast and consistent.
