[Idea] Call-bells to ping a discord channel. #39

This way if a DAO or group owns a parcel they could hook a call bell up to a channel and anyone in their group could respond to the bell.

After seeing how discord bells fare in the wild, I'm less enthusiastic about this option. (in over 2 months I've responded in person to 1 call bell and the rest are just dozens of doorbell ditch pranks). Asynchronous messaging seems the better route to go.
