Describe the bug
Some users (maxxflyer, Cubic) reported difficulty to add features in-world: the feature won't save after refresh (even after save icon appeared). The players have also not reached the limit of features. Sandbox mode is off. This happened on all of their parcels including https://www.cryptovoxels.com/play?coords=N@413E,181S
It is worth noting that at other times (literally 5mins after reporting the error), the same players would report images working for a short amount of time before not saving again. The same applies to vox models.

Expected behavior
Features should be created and saved seamlessly and the mechanics should be reliable.
