Textures won't upload and large Textures may break the build.

Describe the bug Players can't upload textures. They won't save. IN ADDITION, while testing on his side, Maxx reported the following:

added a 400 x 700 texture and worked added a 1200 x 1700 texture and deleted all the voxels on the parcel

Side notes: After 10 minutes, Maxx tried again and it worked fine.

To Reproduce

• drag and drop a texture
• refresh
• texture not saved.

or

-drag and drop a 1200x1700 texture

Expected behavior

• Drag and drop a texture
• Saves and doesn't delete all vox-models

All these recent bugs I've submitted really make me believe the image server is struggle tonight

Thanks @Benjythebee we'll fix this today. I think the image server is having problems.
