Latin1 chars are not supported #15

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. enter some special chars used in german language, especially umlauts
"äöü" and "ß"
2. process with php obfuscator

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Nothing, all non-ANSI-chars are ignored

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
0.1.0.0 on WinXP
