[MPC] Specify function-dependent pre-processing phase #51

Requires the and interface of the ideal preprocessing functionality. In addition, for step 4d) the hash function has to be instantiated, and it has to be defined how to perform the combination (concatenation?) of the tuple operand to the xor operation.
