Since i386-linux-gnu has been demoted to a tier 2 supported platform and builds are occassionally failing, I don't think we should continue to build packages for this architecture.
We have already announced that we won't publish 32-bit binary packages for Crystal 1.2 (https://crystal-lang.org/2021/09/30/preparing-1.2.html).
