Add pkg-config as a dependency #1

This was required when doing a fresh install Yosemite.

Thanks @acurley! actually this dependency might not be needed but the current version of the compiler prints an error in the console each time it tries to locate a dependency library. I'll accept this PR and probably revert it once we fix the issue in the compiler.
