The nightlies for windows are failing. Is this related with the fluke in CircleCI?

No, that seems to be the action trying to build shards. And that fails because the shards Makefile doesn't work on Windows. I have no idea why it wants to build shards though. That seems to be completely unrelated to this change (it's also failing on master, so don't bother about it).
