Issue with ISO-9660 with 8.3 filenames (no extensions) #15

When creating an iso file with an ISO-9660 filesystem without any extensions, the application doesn't convert the filenames to all upper case. Any lowercase filenames are unreadable by an OS that does not support extensions.
