ISO created from "Video" folder is unplayable #17

make an dvd.iso from a VIDEO_TS folder produces a iso that is not playable. neither with VLC nor with KODI The VIDEO_TS folder is playable in both programs. Are there special options, i have to set or is it impossible to make a DVD-Video iso.
