Support for new Apple PKG > PBZX format #39

Hello,

The Apple EFI packages released in the last few months seem to have a slightly different PBZX format which causes AnyToISO to crash as such:

Unpacking... pbzx_inflate_stream: the header is not 7zXZ CPIO format: 0 Reading archive... Unexpected end of of cpio archive Extracting... Inconsistent data (size mismatch)

Hello and thanks for sharing the file. I think I found the problem, please try this build: anytoiso_setup_test.zip (Windows) anytoiso_mac.zip

Thanks for the quick test build Kleuter. I tested the Windows one and it does seem to work just fine now. The only (other) remaining bug is the command line output display, for which I've opened a separate issue. Feel free to close this one when ready.
