iMac19,1/iMac19,2 - 4 cores instead of 6 #229

Hello,

My Imac is retina 5k, 27-inch 2019 with macOS Catalina 10.15.1 The *macs fan control show only 4 CPU instead 6 CPU and for that reason i' m afraid to run it. I see in your page that you have wrong Identify the iMac 27" with iMac 21"

Please post technical information from the Preferences->Dianostics

if you don't like the comments, please fill free to delete the posts to! I also use the app to my macbook pro (not for long)... but from what I see this is not mature behaviour from a developer ?

That post was not related to the issue. What we need is technical information from the "More -> Copy Technical Info" menu. If you're not able to provide it, we'll have to wait for other people who have this mac.

Thank you, for some reason, the system does not give information on 6 cores, only 4. We could display 2 additional cores but without temperatures...

Likewise, I have 2019 27" iMac with an i9 8-cores and Macs Fan Controls only shows 4 cores.

Same for iMac19,2. Can't be solved at the moment - SMC doesn't give information for extra cores
