Wgl.CreateContext() #6

I'm trying to use this on spotlight and switch toolbox on a laptop that doesn't support opengl and I keep getting the message

Context creation failed. Wgl.CreateContext() error 0.

Log just contains the date I put the DLL next to the exe and "--- Init( clear globals ) ---"
