https://secure-contracts.com/not-so-smart-contracts/substrate/ currently has broken links (they go to a 404 page). This PR changes the links so they point to the directory instead of the README.md, which is how the links are done in https://secure-contracts.com/not-so-smart-contracts/solana/ etc. This should fix the broken links on the website.
