Investigate solutions for github page preview #229

Right now its difficult to assess change to secure-contracts.com as there is no preview.

Potential solutions:

test repo (I have been using https://github.com/montyly/building-secure-contracts / https://montyly.github.io/building-secure-contracts/)
https://github.com/rossjrw/pr-preview-action

It seems that this might be integrated soon within github page, but I dont know about the timeline (https://github.com/community/community/discussions/7730#discussioncomment-4670181)
