The infura link is giving a 403 error. Must be some issue with the software that checks the link, infura doesn't like it and rejects it. Works fine navigating directly.

Update list without out of date tools
Add library
Add disclaimer, "this is popular, not an endorsement", or similar

For infura, we can test with https://docs.infura.io/ ?
