Add a --version flag to echidna-test #277

Currently, there is no simple way to tell which version of echidna is used, without checking the installation setup. It can be annoying in particular for users running echidna from eth-security-toolbox

Addin a flag, echidna-test -v / echidna-test --version would be helpful
