Refactor transaction context analysis module #178

Changes:

Commit 1:

Adds additional documentation for transaction context analysis in transaction_context/init.py
Moves all transaction analysis related modules from dataflow to dataflow/transaction_context

Commit 2:

Moves util functions that are in generic to utils submodule
The functions get_absolute_index_key and get_relative_index_key are not used at the moment but will be used later.
