refactor: removing redundant print statements; fixing detect flow

Hotfixing bare minimum set of bugs required to make detect command usable in algokit cli context.

• Including all detectors by default otherwise --exclude flag doesn't work)
• Trimming detector names
• Removing redundant print statements
