Item Dmg Values #44

It seams with 1.5.1 the dmg values of items changes. Especially the "don't care" value changed from -1 to 32767.

"Don't care" means, take any SANDSTONE: normal, smooth or chiseled, or, any type of WOOD.

Updated JUnit tests and tested in-game.
