Update for all.css to look more in minecraft style #1

1) Removed .docuwiki because it is not always present thus styles not applied at all 2) changed mc-recipe table styles and mc-input\output td styles to look more Minecraftish

Hi.

  1. I wasn't aware that this changed. Once upon a time the docwiki class was always present.
  2. I initially tried to make it look like MC but it didn't quite look right. So I decided to go with AE2's more web based styling.

I'll most likely add both suggestions. But I want to give it some thoughts. Like, how about adding an option to select between MC and AE2 styling.

Since I am pretty busy ATM, I'll take my time. Hope you don't mind.
