Refine Contract & Document Class Attributes

MOSCOW: Machine Readable User-defined Attributes

Main challenge is to figure out the attributes to attach to Contract and Document for the customer. Do a first pass over the notes and analysis and add as needed. Will (hopefully) be tested and refined after.

Difficulty of implementation should be low. No parsing of the Contract should be required.

Note this will be primarily accessed through a search system down the line.
