MOSCOW: Contracts Management

Depends on Contract and Document having good machine readable attributes.

First implementation can focus on these attributes. But take note that companies and affiliates should be possible to limit on as main methods of search.

Bonus points is if text search over PDF documents could be done for Could Have.

Ransack seems like a decent choice that avoids us having to run any extra services (like OpenSearch or Solr) https://github.com/activerecord-hackery/ransack
