Document or remove dependence on GraphViz. #64

I have a call to the graphviz 'dot' graph layout program in the demonstration mode. We should either document this (i.e. add it to the makefile) and include it in the setup instructions or find another way to view the graphs.

It seems that you need to install an extra repository to get graphviz through yum, but I don't have a machine to try this out on. Any thoughts on what we should do about this?
