change the module name to reflect the github path #1

Describe the bug loss of connectivity to published golang docs

Additional Details falcon_sandbox_submitter should be the module name. This is causing some issues with golang doc linkage etc..

Expected behaviorrunning the go_proxy list will publish the correct module name
