Wingui 2.2 and 2.3 do not display correctly in Windows 7. Work ok in Windows XP. #49

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Start Wingui in Windows 7. Two different machines, same results.

WinGUI  works only with 100% text size settings. (Control Panel->Display)
It's a known limitation, will be fixed in at 2.4-2.6 timeframe.
