self test total turning #185

The page title shouldn't have /both/ "self-test" and "test yourself"!

Question 1's wrong answers could be improved. First, ditch 720 (where did that come from?) and add 60 and/or 120. Next, the hint for 180 degrees might not work for students who didn't do that well in high school geometry (or haven't taken it yet!) and don't know what "internal" and "external" mean. Maybe "When the turtle finishes drawing one side of the triangle, is it facing toward the inside of the triangle?"

In question 2, none of the wrong answers make much sense. They should be 540, 72, 108, with hints to match.

By the way, in my browser I'm not seeing degree symbols next to the numbers. Can't that be done?

I can't say I'm doing particularly well on the feedback for incorrect guesses here.

For q1-180, "When the turtle finishes drawing one side of the triangle, is it facing toward the inside of the triangle?" means nothing to me...

And, my feedback for q2 sucks. 108!?! advice please

And, per the comments in other issues: I'm not sure this test is appropriate at all. It could be scrapped, if another self test (or two) could be devised to give the students feedback on how they are doing.
