HOFs Lab Exercise #534

First exercise should be to build a HOF which uses map / combine but takes a ringified function. Students get to use rings before using call / run.

@cycomachead How scaffolded do you think this should be? Also, where do you think a good place would be to put it? Perhaps after this page?
