Need a section on importing to a list #84

We should have a short section on how to input and process a file.

Mostly, just right click + split stuff, but it should be somewhere for reference.

Perhaps we can add a page to lists lab? @xtitter

I don't know if its present -- it would either be in the lists topic (unlikely) or the data topic.

This is for importing data from the local machine, versus data on the internet? Two different processes there.

Jeff actually wrote up a nice note that was pinned on piazza for hw2. Could probably just convert that and maybe add some extra info if needed.

Yeah, basically that's all we need.

It's a few steps, but it should also have some screenshots and this is a good time to introduce the split block.
