Putting a "< h 3 > Homework < / h 3 >" (sorry for the weird spacing, github was trying to parse this in its own markup language) in a topic is not taken away by nohomework=true. When nohomework is invoked, a heading is left with nothing under it. Most of the time, it seems that there is only one homework link in the topics anyway, so I don't think having a heading for it is really necessary. Alternatively, we could set up something to detect dangling headings and remove them..
